Cancellation & Refund Policy

Kadva Patel Samaj / Uma Atithi Gruh (“we”, “our”, “us”) understands that plans may change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions related to booking cancellations, changes, and refunds.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking shall be considered confirmed only after full or partial payment has been received and an official confirmation has been issued by Kadva Patel Samaj / Uma Atithi Gruh. All bookings are subject to availability and applicable terms.

2. Cancellation by Guest

Guests may request cancellation of their reservation by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Cancellation requests will be treated as valid only after they are acknowledged and accepted by Kadva Patel Samaj / Uma Atithi Gruh.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation and the selected booking plan.
  • Applicable refunds, if any, will be processed after deduction of administrative or service charges.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.

4. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled date without prior cancellation or intimation, the booking will be treated as a no-show. In such cases, no refund shall be applicable.

5. Modification of Booking

Requests for changes in booking dates, room type, or number of guests are subject to availability and management approval. Additional charges may apply in case of upgrades or extended stays.

6. Cancellation by Management

Kadva Patel Samaj / Uma Atithi Gruh reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or operational challenges. In such cases, a suitable refund or alternative arrangement will be provided based on feasibility.

7. Processing Time for Refunds

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 working days, depending on the payment method and bank processing timelines.

8. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Last-minute cancellations as per the applicable booking plan
  • No-show without prior cancellation
  • Violation of property rules or Terms & Conditions
  • Bookings made under special or discounted offers (if specified)

9. Force Majeure

Kadva Patel Samaj / Uma Atithi Gruh shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or emergencies.
